I listened to Khamenei's speech, and I think the most important thing for him is respect. He decided to  give the speech for only one reason – that Iran will not surrender. Not because it is far from a state of surrender, but because it is not in its DNA. The Iranians do not surrender, and anyone who violates their honor will be harmed.

In relation to Israel, he did not mention it by name, but rather the Zionist entity, and he mentioned it in anti-Semitic contexts of treachery, which is its nature. He meant by that to express the dishonour to the Jews in contrast to the honour of the Iranians

He threatened the United States that he would strike at it and its interests, and it should be understood that he would strike the Gulf states as well.

What should be noted is that he did not rule out the conversations at all, but only the insult. Respectable conversations were not ruled out.

In this context, it should be noted that the Iranian Foreign Ministry, through its ambassadors to Europe, has repeatedly said that Iran is ready to return to the negotiating table on the condition that Israel stops the war. If that happens, Iran will also stop.

This actually puts the political option before the decision makers in Washington, while Putin also wants to mediate. In this case, Trump could link the arrangement of Iran with the arrangement of the Ukraine war.

What is on the agenda is the respect of the regime and they want respect in order to end the crisis. Khmenai  threatened, but he didn't close the door. And we'll see what happens.
